Play Chinese Checkers Online
Create a public room and wait for someone to join, or open a private room for a friend. The host chooses Red or Blue before sharing the link or room code; the guest takes the other color, and Red moves first. Once both seats are occupied, anyone else who opens the room joins as a spectator.
Create a room
Choose a room type, then use its link or room code to invite a friend.
Public rooms use a shorter code and appear in the lobby while waiting for an opponent. You can host only one public room at a time in this browser.
Join a room
Paste a friend's share link or enter the room code. Join a waiting room to start playing; a game already in progress opens in spectator mode.
Leaving a room does not end the game. The host can return through My rooms or close the room; if both players go offline, the room remains available for about 20 minutes. Room codes are used only to connect this game and do not store personal information.

Choose a Room, Know Your Seat
Open a public room if you need an opponent, or create a private room when you already know who you are playing. Red always moves first. The host chooses a color, and the first player to join takes the other one. Once both seats are occupied, everyone else joins as a spectator.

Public or Private
Public rooms appear in the lobby, and the next visitor can claim the open seat. Private rooms stay off the list and use the link or room code as the invitation; there is no separate password. Send private links directly, and keep the full room code out of group chats, streams, and screenshots.

A Link Is Not a Seat
The host picks a color, and the first invited player gets the other side. Your browser saves a reconnect marker, so you can usually return to your seat after losing the connection. An invited player may also reconnect from another device if the original seat is offline. If Red and Blue are both online, anyone else with the link can watch but cannot take a seat.

Leaving Is Not Resigning
Going back to the lobby or losing your connection does not end the game. After both players leave, the room usually remains available for about 20 minutes. Resign to record a loss, or close the room as host to disable the invitation link immediately. Because the move history is shared, one player cannot undo a synced move alone.
